New Year New You Challenge Group Now Available



Have you made your New Year resolution yet? Many people including myself usually make the same one. They want to get fit and healthy! I would say this every year and do great the first month and then fall off of the fitness wagon again. Not this time!!! Join the New Year New You challenge group and have the support and accountability to stick to your resolution. Don't give up on yourself this year and let's make this happen together!!

What is a challenge group?
A challenge group is a closed Facebook group that nobody but the people in the group can see what we post. It is a group full of people that want to get healthy and fit. We check in daily and talk about how are day went and if we had any struggles. You get all of the support and accountability to keep you on track!!

First, we will go through different workout programs and pick one that is the best fit for you. Then, we will work on teaching you how to eat right. It is nothing crazy! You will actually be surprised on how much you really get to eat! You also still get to have cheat meals! I always say that it is not a diet but a lifestyle change! You will learn how to meal plan and prep for a week at a time to keep you on track. We also share recipes so you can have some different ideas on what to cook. Lastly, we will be replacing one meal a day with Shakeology. This is NOT your typical weight loss shake but a meal replacement shake with the same amount of nutrients as 6 salads. It keeps me full for up to 3 hours and has helped me curb my sweet tooth!! Also, I am not a huge vegetable lover so I know I am getting all of my servings in one drink every day! 

This has honestly been my saving grace with sticking to a program. I have tried several times to start eating better and working out but I always quit. Not this time!

My Story and 30 Day T25 Update



Here is a little information about myself. I am a wife and stay at home mom to two kids. My son Wyatt is 2 years old and my daughter Ella is 6 months old. When I had my son the weight pretty much fell off over night it seemed like but that was not the case this time with my daughter. I didn't even gain as much weight this go around either. I had a c-section with both of my children so I couldn't exercise for the first 8 weeks. About a month after I had Ella I decided I needed to try something to take the weight off. . So while I was waiting on that time to pass before I could exercise I decided to try weight watchers. I lost about 4 pounds in the first month. It felt great losing that weight but I felt like I was constantly obsessed with what I was eating and counting points. I thought that there had to be something easier out there for me to do and that is when I stumbled across a blog that talked about Beachbody and Clean Eating. I started following it and finally contacted this person who is now my coach and mentor about joining her fitness and clean eating challenge group through Beachbody! In the challenge group I learned exactly how to eat and when to eat along with working out with T25 five days a week and only 25 minutes each time!! It took a week or so to get used to everything but I saw the results immediately! In the first 30 days I lost 9.5 pounds and a little over 7 inches! I couldn't believe how quickly I saw these results and how easy it really was. I am still going strong and am almost approaching Day 60 and will post those updates at that time. I now have my confidence back that I lost long ago!! I can not wait to help others get their confidence back!!!
